Logan, the immortal bestial superhero once known as the Wolverine, finds himself getting old and his extraordinary healing abilities greatly diminished in the not-too-distant year 2029, when the entire mutant race is almost obliterated.Logan does his best as an incognito limo driver to protect and keep out of sight a tired nonagenarian Professor Xavier; however, things take an unexpected turn when a mysterious woman asks him to transport Laura, a young mutant child. For the unaccompanied teen, a better future lies outside Canadian boundaries, but the government is unable to relinquish its asset too easily.
