In Los Angeles, the eleven year old Anna Fitzgerald looks for the effective legal advisor Campbell Alexander attempting to recruit him to acquire clinical liberation from her mom Sara that needs Anna to give her kidney to her sister. She recounts the legal counselor the account of her family after the disclosure that her more established sister Kate has had leukemia; how she was brought about by in vitro treatment to turn into a benefactor; and the operations she has been submitted since she was five years of age to give to her sister. Campbell acknowledges to work free and the fixated Sara chooses to go to court to constrain Anna to help her sister.
