“Cold Eyes” (Korean: “감시자들”) is a 2013 South Korean action thriller film directed by Cho Ui-seok and Kim Byung-seo. The movie is known for its intense and suspenseful storytelling, as well as its portrayal of surveillance and crime-fighting operations.
