Athiran is a psychological thriller film directed by Vivek and written by P. F. Mathews based on a story written by Vivek. Raju Mathew was in charge of the production. An autistic patient with unusual abilities piques the attention of a psychiatrist in a remote hospital in Kerala’s highlands, and his inquiry into her experience leads to surprising discoveries.
