The poncho-clad Man with No Name and his lightning-fast right hand travel into El Paso in pursuit of the maniacal escaped prisoner El Indio, drifting from town to town. It’s been eighteen months since the deadly confrontation in Per un pugno di dollari (1964), and this time, the lone stranger, now a skilled bounty hunter, will have to go against his convictions and do the unthinkable: team up with Colonel Douglas Mortimer, the hawk-eyed marksman, to collect the hefty reward. Now that El Indio and his thugs have set their sights on robbing the Bank of El Paso, which is bursting at the seams with cash, the scene is set for a bloody showdown at high noon, set against a backdrop of silent double-crosses and frayed allegiances. Is it, however, worth risking your life for a few extra dollars?
