The American romantic comedy-drama film is written and directed by Woody Allen. The movie features Jeannie Berlin, Steve Carell, Jesse Eisenberg, Blake Lively, Parker Posey, Kristen Stewart, Corey Stoll, and Ken Stott.
The movie revolves around young Bobby Dorfman who struggles with his life through romance and career. Set in the 1930s, Bobby leaves his home to live in the glamorous city of New York. Very soon, he gets a job with his uncle and finds a young lady Vonnie whom he falls in love with. But when things doest work out he leaves for his hometown heartbroken. After having started a new life with a new lover, Vonnie reenters in his life making him think over his life decisions.
