A mafia drug lord has unleashed on the streets a new, highly addictive stimulant called HT25, which is derived from captive sharks in a secret laboratory, and which causes monstrous side effects. After an explosion and leak in a lab, an army of mutated, bloodthirsty sharks and other creatures are let loose on the world as a small group of people tries to stop the carnage.
