The American action comedy film is directed by David Koepp. The movie is based on Kyril Bonfiglioli book ‘Don’t Point that Things at Me’. The movie features Johnny Depp, Gwyneth Paltrow, Ewan McGregor, Olivia Munn, Jeff Goldblum and Paul Bethany.
Charlie Mortdecai is a British aristocrat and lives a luxurious life. But very soon he finds his funds going down and cannot sustain his lush lifestyle. One of his friends suggests he search for a stolen Goya painting that has the code to a bank account filled with Nazi Gold to which Charlie agrees. But Charlie is not the only one behind the painting. He will have to fight his way with an American heiress and a revolutionary to get to the painting.
