The biographical legal drama film is directed by Mimi Leder and is based on the life and early cases of Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg, who also served as an Associate Justice of the United States Supreme Court from 1993 to her death 2020. The movie features Felicity Jones, Armie Hammer, Justin Theroux, Sam Waterson, and Kathy Bates.
Ruth who is a young attorney and a new mother faces difficulties and a lot of obstacles during her fight for equal rights. Ruth takes a case of tax with her husband Martin and completely changes the direction of her career and also the way the courts see gender discrimination.
