In Jakarta, Indonesia, Lieutenant Wahyu arranges the attack of an apartment complex that is the protected place of the amazing and pitiless medication master Tama and his posse. The SWAT group breaks in the structure however one post sees and cautions the hoodlums and the police power is caught on the seventh floor. They discover that Lt. Wahyu has not educated his bosses about the activity. Presently the cops need to battle with restricted ammo against the furnished and risky criminals.
