It is a 2011 German psycho-thriller written and directed by Roland Reber. Its star cast is Christoph Baumann, Marina Anna Eich, Julia Jaschke, Antje Mönning.
In the deep basement of an abandoned industrial building, two ladies are being held captive. They share a mouldy mattress, some food, and a pail while tied to the wall. Their abductor visits them occasionally to torture them and push them to the brink of breaking. Unfortunately, the kidnapper made a mistake by telling them exactly when he was going to release them early on in the kidnapping.
On the one hand, this offers the ladies hope, but on the other hand, it forces the captor to use all of his cruelty in order to break them for his pet project. When the captor’s accomplice shows up out of the blue with additional demands, the entire scenario seems to be headed in that direction.
