“Ito” is a 2021 Japanese drama film Directed by Takahisa Zeze. The movie is based on a novel by Osamu Koshigaya.
The story follows Ren Takahashi (played by Masaki Suda), a young man who lives a monotonous life and is struggling with personal challenges. He begins to notice a mysterious thread-like structure growing from his body. As the thread continues to grow, Ren becomes increasingly isolated from society, and he embarks on a journey to unravel the truth behind this bizarre phenomenon.
