A satire of famous musicals, “Schmigadoon!” is another melodic parody series chief delivered by Lorne Michaels and featuring Emmy Award candidate Cecily Strong and Emmy Award champ Keegan-Michael Key as a couple on a hiking trip intended to revitalize their relationship when they find a mysterious town where everybody is living in a studio melodic from the 1940s. They then, at that point find that they can’t leave until they discover “genuine affection.”
