The Japanese anime fantasy action-adventure film is directed by Tatsuya Nagamine and is based on Eiicvhito Oda’s manga series by the same name. The movie features the voices of Mayumi Tanka, Kazuya Nakai, Akemi Okamura, Kappei Yamaguchi, Hiroaki Hirata, Ikue Ohtani, Yuriko Yamaguchi, Kazuki Yao, and Cho.
A diabolical former marine admiral Zephyr also neon by the name of ‘Z’ has stolen Dyan Stones. It is now the responsibility of the straw hat pirates to save the new world.
