The Japanese animated movie is directed by Taju Sugiyama. The movie is based on Osamu Tezuka’s manga series by the same name. The movie features the voices of Keiko Takeshita, Kaneto Shiozawa, Katsue Miwa, Shuichi Ikeda, Toshiko Fujita, Kazue Takahashi, Masato Ibu, Kazuo Kumakura, and Chikao Ohtsuka.
In the distant future, the children on the earth are born through test tubes. Godo is one such child who is brought up to be a cadet and is nursed by a robot called Olga. With Godo and Olga alone with threat pet boards a shark-shaped spaceship to hunt a monster called Phoenix.
