Alex, the aggressive and psychopath delinquent who leads a group of ultra-violent criminal teens who murder, rob, and rape, is apprehended by the police in the future. When he is arrested, he is given the choice of participating in a government-developed program that will help him spend less time in prison. Alex becomes a test subject for experiments aimed at curbing men’s destructive impulses and solving society’s crime problems, but he finds himself powerless to deal with the violence that surrounds him.
