‘Hatchet’ Harry Lonsdale, the local gang-land boss and porn king, dupes four Cockney wide-boys into owing him 500,000 nicker. Faced with the prospect of having their fingers amputated, the lads devise a scheme to steal the money from their next-door neighbours: a gang of hardened drug traffickers. Meanwhile, ‘Hatchet’ isn’t happy when a pair of antique shotguns he wants is sold to a pair of Scouse thieves for use in a “work.” A devoted debt collector, several high school “chemists,” a mad hash-baron, and a slew of guns and knives ensure that karma is surrealistically resolved (just!) before the end credits roll.
