The Japanese animated mystery, psychological, and supernatural thriller film is directed by Tetsuro Araki. The movie is based on Nisio Isin’s novel by the same name. The movie features the voices of Keiji Fujiwara, Aya Hirano, Hideo Ishikawa, Takuya Kirimoto, Hidenobu Kiuchi, Kiyoshi Kobayashi, and Naoko Matsui.
Yagami Light is a bright young student who on his way home sees a notebook falling from the sky. He picks up the book and soon realizes that the book is ‘Death Note’. He uses the power of the book to bring justice to top-notch criminals.
