“Stigmatized Properties” (Japanese: “事故物件 恐い間取り” – Jiko Bukken Kowai Madori) is a 2020 Japanese horror film Directed by Hideo Nakata. The movie is part of the “Jiko Bukken” series, which focuses on supernatural and horror themes related to real estate properties.
The story follows Morio (played by Ryosuke Miura), a young man who has the ability to see and communicate with ghosts.
